Chlara events

British born Filipina singer / songwriter Chlara spent the early years of her life living in England before moving to the Philippines at the age of nine. Her father Cesar who passed away when Chlara was only two years old was a music love and left with Chlara his love of music. From the age of three Chlara was already singing and was very much influenced by the music that was constantly played at home, listening to Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Air Supply, The Carpenters, Christina Aguilera, Whitney Houston and Celine Dion. After moving back to the Philippines Chlara’s mum Gina enrolled her into a few singing schools, While regularly joining the school singing programs and plays Chlara also began playing the guitar at the age 11, learning from her brother and with her own self study, she would watch & learn from videos on YouTube. Before starting college Chlara had already started writing her own songs. Growing up all Chlara ever wanted to do was sing and have the world hear her songs and now is  fully focused to reach her dreams having signed a long term management and recording agreement with Evolution.

JOHN FORD COLEY

JULIENNE TAYLOR

Julienne Taylor’s enchanting and captivating voice has raised comparisons with both Norah Jones and Eva Cassidy, but Julienne has her own unique and distinctive style infl uenced from her Scottish ancestry.

Julienne’s latest album, A Time For Love, a collection of original songs and new interpretations of love songs with a Celtic infl uence, has been accumulating impressive sales throughout S.E.Asia in 2009.

The musical journey of Julienne Taylor has been a long and winding road. Julienne left her home in Stirlingshire, Scotland as yet another teenage hopeful, convinced that fame and fortune were hers for the asking. Having arrived in London with dreams of sudden stardom she soon discovered it doesn’t quite happen like that, so she worked by day and wrote her songs by night while staying with friends in South London. Subsequent years working as a sound engineer and regularly singing six nights a week with blues and soul bands and as a backing singer for established artists helped Julienne along her path.

There will, no doubt be many more twists and turns on the long and winding road, but Julienne will take them all in her stride as her perseverance and talent are finally being rewarded with the growing success of her latest album and her live performances.
